1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using www.cityprints.nl, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on CityPrints' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Disclaimer

The materials on CityPrints' website are provided "as is". City Prints makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing on our website. However, CityPrints does not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by CityPrints is not as described, you may contact us for resolution.

Products are made to order and printed after your purchase. Slight variations in finish, texture, and color may occur due to the nature of 3D printing technology.

5. Shipping Policy

Processing Time: We process and ship all orders within 3 business days of purchase. Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity.

Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to you upon delivery to the courier or, if you arrange shipping, upon pickup by the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.

6. Payment

We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Payment must be received before your order is shipped.

If payment fails or is declined, we will contact you to resolve the issue. If payment is not received within 7 days, we may cancel your order.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Right: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive).

How to Cancel: To cancel an order, contact us at info@cityprints.nl with your order number. We will provide instructions for returning the product.

Note: Custom products are made to order and cannot be cancelled once printing has begun. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

8. Returns & Refunds

Return Window: You may return products within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.

Condition: Products must be unused and in original condition. Any signs of use, damage, or alteration may result in a partial refund or no refund.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

9. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall CityPrints, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and whether or not CityPrints has been told of the possibility of such damage.

10. Indemnification

Except where prohibited by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CityPrints and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any liabilities, claims, demands, losses, damages or costs arising out of or related to your use of the website or breach of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
