14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund. This is your legal right as a consumer in the European Union.

Return Conditions

Your product must be:

• Unused — no signs of wear or use
• In original condition — not damaged, scratched, or altered
• In original packaging — if possible

If your product shows signs of use or damage, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.

How to Return

Step 1: Contact us at info@cityprints.nl with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: We'll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

Step 3: Pack the product securely and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using tracked shipping.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days.

Shipping Costs

Outbound: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. These are paid by the customer in addition to the total order amount.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend keeping your tracking number to monitor your return.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please include photos showing the damage.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Made-to-Order Notice

Some CityPrints products are custom-made and 3D printed to order after purchase. Custom orders cannot be cancelled and refunded once they are paid.
